The time varies between vendors, especially since Covid. Most vendors are caught up to a normal lead time which is 8-10 weeks. Some companies are faster and some are slower. Clients are kept updated on the status of their orders weekly.

Not necessarily. Here at Interiors By Francesca we carry a variety of vendors at all different price points. Yes there are certain companies that can be more expensive than others but we still offer an affordable option for custom. Based on the clients budget we will make our selections accordingly.

Interiors By Francesca is proud to say that we carry the best quality of furniture that is primarily made in the USA. The USA is known for its craftsmanship and use of high quality materials. We want your furniture to withstand your lifestyle as well many years to come.

Most vendors have quickship program that allows the furniture to ship within 1-2 weeks. These programs limit you to certain styles and fabrics making the furniture semi-custom but is a great option if you are in need of something quickly. In our initial design consultation we will go over a timeline and select furniture based on that. Remember vendors may get their furniture out the door in 1 week but then it does take time to ship to our warehouse. Then a home delivery is scheduled. This should be kept in mind when determining your timeline.

Custom means that you have the ability to make certain selections to customize a piece of furniture to fit in with the decor of your home. For upholstery such as sofas and chairs this includes size, arm style, leg style, cushion style, fabric or leather selection, nail head trim or fabric trim. For wood pieces of furniture such as dining tables, coffee/end tables and buffets etc. the options for custom include changing the finish and hardware. You may say to yourself that this is too many choices to decide. Remember, as the options are endless, we are here every step of the way to guide you to the perfect choice for your home.

Yes we do carry custom outdoor furniture. We have many outdoor performance fabrics to choose from to ensure the longevity of your furniture. Because lead times for custom furniture can be weeks and weeks, we suggest starting this process in early winter. Here in New England we have a very short outdoor season. By designing your patio in the winter will guarantee that your custom furniture will be ready for the spring and summer months.
