01Home Consultation
This is the first step in our design process and what you can expect. An in-home consultation is scheduled where we meet the client and view the scope of work the client is wanting done. We will have a discussion of everything the client wants and needs in their project. Measurements, photos, and plenty of notes are taken.
02Concept Development
This is what happens behind the scenes in the design studio. We start by floor planning and designing a functional living space. This may be one or multiple plans. This is based on the initial consultation and what is the best solution for the client's needs and how they live. Next is the fun part. Furniture, lighting, artwork and all the fabrics and materials to go with it are added into a presentation.
03Presentation
An electronic presentation will be created which will include floor plans, color plans, furniture and fabric selections. This will be presented in the clients home. All materials will be brought to this appointment so that the client can see first hand what elements are in the design. Plus being in the home we will get to see how all the materials look in the project space with the natural lighting.
04Quote
Once the presentation has been completed a quote will be presented to the clients. This will have everything that was discussed in the presentation.
05Contract Signing and Execution
When everything is agreed upon the client will sign a personalized contract that reflects their project. From this point on we will handle everything from ordering the products to coordinating deliveries and installations. The client can relax and watch their new space come to life.
